Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding orders, billing, and product information during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve Issues: Professionally address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Accurately update customer records and order status in our internal database systems.
- Shift Support: Assist in coordinating logistics and inventory checks during peak evening shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the office.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
