Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to process orders.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts, organize inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and tracking.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package items for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols and labeling requirements are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and resolve discrepancies immediately to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure workflow efficiency during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Equipment Certification: Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain certification.
