Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and order processing during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Coordinate weekend cross-docking operations for high-priority shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification a plus)
- Maintain accurate documentation using our proprietary logistics software
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure smooth transition of responsibilities
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Respond to urgent client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work 3-4 shifts weekly including weekends
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tracking systems
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for occasional deliveries)
- Background check and drug screening required post-offer
