Responsibilities
- Delight customers with friendly, professional service during evening and weekend shifts
- Operate POS systems, manage inventory, and maintain store/event cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Assist with setup/breakdown for events or seasonal promotions
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational needs
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to Mesa locations
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
