Responsibilities
- Manage daily evening/weekend operations with precision and efficiency
- Lead guest interactions to ensure memorable experiences and satisfaction
- Coordinate staff assignments during peak hours to maintain service standards
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately
- Train and mentor new team members on service protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Larimer Street location
