Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal levels.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
