Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening and weekend shifts
- Master menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes/beverages
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Support opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Available Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 12 AM)
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine a plus
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler Card
