Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy during night shifts
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Process orders and update inventory management systems in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support weekend inventory counts and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible availability for evenings (4pm-12am) and weekends
