Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable to transportation duties)
