Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during evening and weekend shifts
- Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and electronic health records
- Support patient education and discharge planning procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current CNA, MA, or LPN certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
