Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest flow and ensure exceptional service during evening and weekend events
- Manage VIP reservations and handle special guest requests with professionalism
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and maintain venue cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with security and bar staff to ensure safe operations
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive experiences
- Assist in inventory management and supply restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event coordination experience
- Availability to work Friday/Saturday evenings and Sunday nights
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
