Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in product knowledge training to provide accurate information
- Support loss prevention measures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license if transporting company materials
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
