Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening and weekend shifts
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about community programs
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer databases efficiently

- Availability for flexible evening and weekend shifts (Thu-Sun, 4 PM-10 PM)
