Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during evening and weekend shifts (4PM-12PM)
- Manage reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving expertise
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain pristine dining environment through systematic cleanliness checks
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Contribute to monthly team performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
- Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
