Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Meet weekly performance metrics (customer satisfaction, resolution rates)
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols
- Contribute to weekend team meetings and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4PM-9PM) and/or weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM software (training provided)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta location
