Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and via phone/chat
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure store readiness
- Assist with inventory counts during low-traffic periods
- Uphold safety protocols during all operating hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability for 3+ evening shifts weekly + weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency and tech literacy
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Previous retail/hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Oakland location
