Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and store displays
- Perform remote inventory management tasks via our digital platform
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly
- Uphold company standards for safety, security, and hygiene
- Participate in monthly remote team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
