Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and store presentation
- Operate POS systems and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets
- Participate in evening/weekend stock replenishment
- Adhere to all safety and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM-10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix location
- High school diploma or equivalent
