Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a neat and visually appealing store appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures during evening and weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Must possess a valid state-issued ID and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
