Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Assist with daily operations including inventory management and store maintenance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Uphold safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old
