Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store premises.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for register transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
