Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Support store operations during high-traffic weekend events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability for 3+ evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Basic math skills and POS system proficiency
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid NY state ID or work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Flexibility to cover last-minute shift changes
