Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with overnight team leaders to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer support for urgent overnight delivery requests
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Side facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts during peak seasons
