Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) provided by company
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using provided scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation certification
