Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and proper labeling
- Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company cleanliness policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
