Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory storage and efficient warehouse layout
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
