Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document feedback and report common issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
