Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during the slow business hours.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to update them on any critical issues or overnight developments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for basic software and hardware issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, specifically between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a 24/7 operational environment.
