Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile to ensure a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with visual merchandising as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (availability required).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
