Responsibilities
- Receiving and Sorting: Efficiently receive, inspect, and sort incoming packages and merchandise with high accuracy.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and organize storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries in a professional and timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before distribution.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
