Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves during the shift, and perform regular inventory checks.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, aisles, and restrooms clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Assist fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak evening hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
