Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our store during evening hours.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Manage inventory and restock products as needed to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with reliability.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with handheld scanners.
