Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening dinner hours (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Process payments efficiently via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain immaculate table presentation and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu ingredients
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Must be 18+ years old
