Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at concerts, festivals, corporate events, and sporting venues
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Maintain safe and organized environments through crowd management protocols
- Operate event equipment including credential scanners and point-of-sale systems
- Deliver clear communications to guests and team members via radio systems
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and promotional materials
- Report operational issues and guest concerns to event supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service mindset and approachable demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for equipment operation training
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively in fast-paced settings
