Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly manage food/beverage orders through POS system
- Upsell premium menu items and specialty cocktails
- Maintain pristine table cleanliness and station organization
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4-10 PM) and weekends
- MA Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/cocktail service
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Positive attitude under pressure during rushes
