Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Organize and restock merchandise throughout the store to maintain visual appeal and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
