Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Assist with special evening events and promotions to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts per week (15-20 hours total)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned shift location
- Passion for fashion, retail trends, or customer service (preferred)
