Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and rotated
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Follow safety protocols and company merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
