Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention measures
- Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement and community outreach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred; fashion industry background a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail in merchandising, inventory, and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for store events)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
