Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments efficiently and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak rushes
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate
