Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Process payments and maintain precise financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Monitor security protocols and access control for guest safety
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like filing and data entry
- Uphold exceptional cleanliness and organization of lobby and common areas
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or front desk roles
