Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Coordinate with overnight medical team for patient handoffs
- Assist with patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Monitor patient safety and respond to emergency situations
- Perform routine equipment sterilization and facility checks
- Support patient education on treatment plans and medications
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in night shift settings
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish a plus
- Reliable transportation to Medical Plaza Drive location
- Pass background check and drug screening
