Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling for evening clinic operations
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with patient triage and basic clinical procedures
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
- Collaborate with overnight medical staff on patient care continuity
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
- Support facility security protocols during evening hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or medical office experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Evening/night shift availability (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Colorado CNA or MA certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
