Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and discharge procedures during evening shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Assist with patient triage and urgent care coordination
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and medical staff
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies during evening hours
- Support weekend clinic operations as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or healthcare experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Available for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Occasional weekend availability (every other Saturday)
- Basic life support certification within 30 days of hire
