Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening and night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications accurately
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with on-call physicians
- Maintain sterile environments and follow safety protocols
- Support patient education and family communication
- Participate in shift handovers and care planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
