Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize and merchandise products on the sales floor to maintain an appealing store appearance.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly during off-peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago or Seattle locations.
