Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and procedural support to customers via email, chat, and phone during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, aiming for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
