Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on quality and speed.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems to ensure up-to-date records.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
