Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock displays during evening operations
- Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with evening team to maintain seamless operations
- Contribute to a positive, energetic store atmosphere
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
