- Process registrations, payments, and facility reservations using our digital systems
- Assist with event setup, equipment management, and facility maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily activity reports
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Support community outreach initiatives during evening programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (primarily 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with basic office software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for occasional errands)
